If you want freedom of movement for the rest of your life you need to practice freedom of movement. The problem is that we practice stiffness and sameness (being in the same position over a period of time) more than we practice moving freely. In other words whatever you do you need to undo. Invest in your health and wellbeing by giving time daily to your future self.
