
Session Policies
Cancelation Policies:
You won't be charged if you:
cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment
cancel within the 24-hour window and someone is able to fill your appointment
have extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
You will be charged full price for your session if you:
cancel within the 24-hour window and no one is able to fill your scheduled appointment.
How to reschedule your appointment:
Late policy:
I wait for 15 minutes and if I do not hear anything from you the session is considered a no-show cancelation
If you arrive after 15 minutes without contacting me, consider your appointment canceled
If when you arrive after 15 minutes and I am still available we can discuss having an abbreviated session
Age Policy:
You must be 18 years or older to attend a session alone
If you are under 18 years old see the policies below:
Live classes:
If you are under 18 years old and attending a class you will need a parent or legal guardian:
to be with you and in the room during your entire session
or sign a release to allow you to attend class alone
One-on-One sessions:
In-Person:
If you are under 18 years old and attending a One-on-one session in person you will need a parent or legal guardian:
to be with you and in the room during your entire session
Online:
If you are under 18 years old and attending a One-on-one session online you will need a parent or legal guardian:
to be with you and in the room during your entire session
or sign a release to allow you to attend online classes alone
On-demand library:
By checking the Required policies box, when you became a member, you agreed that you were older than 18 years of age
